Minimum Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid Class D Chauffeur's License, Non-CDL Class C, or CDL
- Minimum of 1 year of commercial driving experience within the last 3 years
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and criminal and driving background checks
Ideal Candidates Are:
- Assertive and confident in decision-making
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Safe drivers with a strong commitment to compliance and care
- Quick learners who can take feedback constructively
- Comfortable driving an 18-26 foot step vans or box trucks
- Willing to drive up to 200+ miles round trip each day
- Able to follow GPS navigation and recognize street-side navigation details (block ranges, odd/even numbers, etc.)
- Comfortable using smartphone apps for routing and delivery management
Safety & Compliance:
- Must be a safe and responsible driver
- Must pass a DOT physical exam, drug screening, and background check
Navigation Skills:
- Able to download and use a GPS app for navigation
- Able to follow GPS directions accurately
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 150 lbs using a dolly
- Comfortable driving vehicles up to 18 feet in length (Stepvan or similar)
